TOM BECKERMAN, ICD.D
Founder, Chairman & CEO

Tom is a seasoned technology veteran, with over 35 years of experience in senior leadership roles and eight technology startups. Mr. Beckerman is currently focused on the strategic development of new high growth technology platforms and services for digital identity, payments and digital transformation.

Prior to founding Prodigy Ventures, Mr. Beckerman played instrumental roles in the development and success of seven other technology, marketing services, financial information and medical device companies. He has created unique technologies and worked with Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Beckerman holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a patent in secure communications technology. Tom is also an Ironman triathlete with a strong interest in health and fitness technologies.

STEPHEN MOORE
Director

Stephen Moore has more than 30 years of experience in the securities industry. He was a Vice President for Burns Fry Ltd., Lancaster Financial Inc. and TD Securities, where he held a number of functional responsibilities including research, sales and trading, and corporate finance.

He was a founder and Managing Director of Kensington Capital Partners, a firm specializing in private equity advisory services. He serves as a director of CI Financial Corp. and is a trustee of the Advantaged Preferred Share Trust. Mr. Moore has a B.A. (Economics) and an MBA from Queens University.

BILL MAURIN, CA, CPA, ICD.D
Director

Bill Maurin served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Meridian Credit Union. Under his leadership, Meridian grew its consolidated assets under management from $10 billion to over $25 billion, expanded its digital banking offering, and increased its branch footprint by almost 50 per cent.

Bill focused on developing and executing growth-oriented strategies during his tenure with Meridian, delivering Meridian’s unique brand of co-operative banking with a strong emphasis on providing quality service and innovative financial solutions while strengthening the communities it serves. Bill led Meridian’s amalgamation with Desjardins Credit Union in 2011 and Meridian’s acquisition of Roynat Lease Finance in 2016. Bill also spearheaded the creation and development of motusbank, a full service national digital retail bank, launched in 2019. Bill also served as President and CEO of motusbank. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bill began his career at KPMG Chartered Accountants and then progressed through a variety of Financial leadership roles at The CUMIS Group and served as Chief Financial Officer of Meridian prior to assuming the Chief Executive Officer role. Bill has served as a director in various financial services and trade organizations and currently serves as Trustee for Brock University and as a director for FICANEX Services Limited.

ANDREW HILTON
CFO and Corporate Secretary

Andrew Hilton has provided CFO and corporate secretarial services for a number of public and private companies since 2005 including his role as Chief Financial Officer of Fountain Asset Corp. (TSXV: FA) from 2010 – 2012 Mr. Hilton is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an Honours BA in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.

GEORGE COLWELL
Senior Vice President

George is an expert at bridging the gap between business strategy and technology execution. His successes include building and delivering solutions for vendors such like SAP, and a broad range of clients including Scotia Bank and other leading global financial services companies. He is an active advisory and board member for many start-ups, continually cultivating a unique perspective on the future, and exploiting opportunities for synergistic value creation.
